Self-awareness Questions for New Year

Greetings!
Tick... tick... tick... the time is infinite but year end is approaching soon for the human-made calendar. From a given reference point, our dear mother Earth is about to complete one revolution around the Sun. As planets orbit eccentrically around other relative mass or energy source, it gives birth to the Life. In one form or other, in our personal world, we also always orbit around things or people to fulfill our lives. That’s were we get our love or satisfaction feelings. Doing this orbiting conscious way, it will give us the true meaning of our lives. Towards the end of year, as many of us are taking time to reflect personal life-work career-fitness accomplishments and lessons learned, we need to ensure that we are setting right tone and attitude for the next year goals. So... what kind of awareness questions shall we ask to our souls for self evaluation and to make best out of future time? Below are just few sample questions...

  1. πŸ₯³ Life itself is a reason enough to celebrate. So, when you woke up every morning for past 365 days, did you appreciate yourself being alive? Out of million years space time, we got limited life-span as human being on this beautiful earth. Are you taking full advantage of that?
  2. 🎨 How many people did you help out in this past year? Did you reach out and look after all the people around you? How kind were you to other’s mistakes?
  3. πŸ€— Did you call your friends or family in the middle of the night? Did you sense of their feelings and offered your unconditional help before they express themselves?
  4. ♻️ To stop global warming, name three habits that you applied this past year.
  5. 😁 How frequently did you laugh in a day? How many times people smiled back to you?
  6. πŸ’ͺ🏼 Did you gave your 1000% towards things that matters the most and goals of your life?
  7. 🌌 How much time did you spend to watch star-full sky or sunrise or sunset?
  8. 🌸 How many times did you notice the blooming of flowers/plants or voices of birds during your daily commute?
  9. ☔️ During monsoon season, did you just got wet or did you feel the rain?
  10. πŸ₯— Did you feed right food to your body? Which bad habits did you quit?
  11. 😒 During your tough time(s), how did you react? How confident and calm were you during those days?
  12. 😰 Did you observe your fear patterns or things that held you down? Name those situations. What will you do next time differently to introduce positivity?
  13. 🚸 How many hours did you volunteer this year in your community?
  14. 🀺 Which three new skills did you developed in past year? Are you learning new things?
  15. 🀹🏻When you start winning one part of your life’s achievement, you always loose something on the other end. Are you aware of this and what are you doing to keep balanced win-win? Do you know all your priorities?
I think that you got the idea now from above questions where I am trying to emphasize on: Life is short. Invest your time to be the best version of yourself and give finest experience to all five senses by which we are connected to the infinite universe: (1) to see, (2) to smell, (3) to hear, (4) to touch, and (5) too taste. Practice living in the moment. Feed your brain with best thoughts. Give promise to yourself to live your life at full potential level. Get outside your comfort zone(s) and claim your well being. You can do it because you are part of infinite universe.
